Tracy Slone

Tracy Slone, age 83, of Kimper, KY., passed from this life, Wednesday, November 4, 2020. Tracy was born to the late Plenty and Sophie “Thacker” Slone, on September 21, 1937 in Pike County, KY.

Besides both parents, Tracy is preceded in death by his wife, Polly Slone; daughter, Patty Mastin and her husband, Steve; brothers, Willard Slone, Burlin Slone, Hibbard Slone, Plenny Junior Slone; sisters, Barbara Sue Pinion, Fay Baker, Lurlie Thacker, and Stella Jones.

Tracy is survived by daughters, Hattie Sawyers and her husband, Robert, Tracie Robinson and her husband, Todd; grandchildren, Tracy J. Mastin and his wife, Jill, Robbi Bentley and her husband, Patrick “Packy” Bentley, Jacob Robinson and his wife, Ashley; great grandchildren, Tyler Mastin, Sawyer Bentley and Jozie Rae Robinson; brothers, Charlie Slone, Billy Ray Slone, Burbon Slone, and Harold Slone, Jimpy Slone; sisters, Bertha Cole, May Jones, and Arlene Lewis.

Tracy was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. Tracy will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.

The family will accept friends at Annie E. Young Cemetery for a graveside service, Friday, November 6, 2020, beginning at 11:00 AM. Eric Fleming will officiate the graveside service for Tracy. Thacker Memorial Inc., of Pikeville, KY., will be over all arrangements for the Slone family.
